Local Policing Team Engages with Food Share Wyre Forest & Community Café

Members of the Wyre Forest Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team visited the Food Share Wyre Forest & Community Café this afternoon to strengthen community ties and explore collaborative opportunities.

Chief Inspector Dave King, Inspector Dan Poucher, and Sergeant Matt Ling met with Velda McMillan, representative of Food Share Wyre Forest & Community Café, and Councillor Alan Sutton. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to engage in open and constructive dialogue around local issues and community priorities.

Discussions focused on potential partnership initiatives aimed at enhancing support for residents on The Walshes and the wider Stourport area, focusing on promoting collaborative work to address community needs in conjunction with Wyre Forest District Council and Community Housing.
